In celebration of the series, Halston collaborated with Netflix to create a limited-edition capsule collection. Halston X Netflix features ten pieces of evening wear, inspired by archival designs and original costumes showed in the series.

This is such a breakthrough exciting collaboration bringing favourite fashion pieces to life. What a dream come true for all fashionistas to be able to purchase clothes from a TV series.

Last year Netflix teamed up with Beauty brand Glow Recipe ahead of the anticipated release of Netflix’s To All the Boys: P.S I Still Love You and released a love-infused limited edition skincare kit. Taking inspiration from Lara Jean’s love letters in the film, the beauty kit included Glow Recipe’s best-selling products including their famous Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask. The Glow Recipe X Netflix beauty kit was available online on Sephora.

Netflix costume designer Jeriana San Juan met with Rodriguez, she used vintage pieces from the Halston archives for reference. Rodriguez took inspiration and reference from the Halston archives when creating the capsule collection.

Each style was based on a look prominently featured within the series. The capsule collection was modernised and recreated from the costumes used in the series. Rodriguez modernised the silhouettes and fabrications while keeping the overall aesthetic similar. He embodies the luxe, sexy, glamour of the 1970s and 1980s.
