Kaia Gerber Fronts Valentino’s Black Tie Campaign

It’s a black tie affair

Taking the fashion world by storm, Kaia Gerber has kicked off her career into high gear over the past years. Now, marking a new chapter, Gerber is seen fronting Valentino’s Black Tie campaign — bringing new life and meaning to a classic symbol of elegance, and power. With her bold personality, effortless beauty and knowledge of fashion, the 22-year-old model looks beautiful in the timeless campaign shot by renowned photographer Steven Meisel, at the
Oheka Castle in New York.

Take a look at Kaia Gerber’s new campaign with Valentino:

In the campaign, Gerber is seen strutting the latest looks from Fall/Winter 2023. The Maison’s creative director, Pierpaolo Piccioli built the collection around pieces drawn from every day where he embraced unexpected looks with a newfound sense of rebellion and confidence. Going unorthodox the campaign plays around with the notion of disobeying the rules and traditional standard of dressing with a dominating tie. The significance of a tie has been reappropriated in this campaign by elevating dresses, skirts and gowns. It is definitely a refreshing departure from the norm and a showcase that the power of individuality and self-expression is all the rage now.

Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli broke the codes of the Black Tie, by emptying it of its meaning and giving it a new personal choice.
