Lights, Camera, Action! The sassy girls from the Cat City are continuing their creative stride by merging worlds of colour, fashion and art within their inspiration-based designs. Spinning off their classic designs, the Blair and Block Party, Sereni & Shentel takes new height with Harper’s BAZAAR March 2016 collections story by Carine Roitfeld. A whimsical perspective mixed with the duo’s boundless imagination, the limited edition collection of headbands is a flight of fancy – a playful twist to Carine Roitfeld’s BAZAAR ‘Under Construction’ international spread.
