As one of only thirteen facilities in the world, the Singapore Service Centre stands as a beacon for Southeast Asia’s elite collectors and connoisseurs. Spanning 8,193 square feet, the facility ignites the feeling of stillness within the sanctuary. During our visit to the Service Centre, we met an assembly of 33 certified Customer Service professionals and 16 skilled watchmakers who showed us the ropes on what it takes to meet the Manufacture’s uncompromising standards for every timepiece they encounter in the technical workshop. Whether it’s the simplicity of conducting a battery replacement, water damage, complex mechanical overhauls and more, they’ve got it covered.

Stepping inside the Singapore Service Centre, it’s like entering a moment of solace and serenity. A space that’s designed to elevate its clientele experience and its artisans through every visit. Staying true to Patek Philippe’s timeless design aesthetic, the space marries the Genevan heritage with modern touches by utilising luxurious materials—rich woods and marble—and refined finishes that evoke gracefulness at every corner.

Beyond the technical workshop lies a world of sophistication: two lounges destined for intimate timepiece viewings, presentations and interactive watchmaker demonstrations, along with a boardroom dedicated to private consultations. As for the workshop, the masterfully designed sanctuary includes four core service stations: Essential Maintenance, Movement Intervention, Case Intervention, and Final Control. This process ensures that every phase of servicing these exquisite timepieces is executed with precision and care.
