Morning Serenity and Sky-High Breakfast
The following morning began with a sense of calm at the SkyPark Observation Deck, where a Soul Flow class reconnected my body and mind amidst panoramic city views. Breakfast at Spago Bar & Lounge was equally rejuvenating. Their new à la carte menu offered a delightful mix of local favorites and international treasures. Opting for a healthier start, I enjoyed their protein-packed Yogurt and Berries Bowl alongside the rich, smoky flavours of the Kaviari Smoked Salmon—a meal as nourishing as it was indulgent.

Mediterranean Flavors at estiatorio Milos
Lunch at estiatorio Milos transported me to the sun-drenched Mediterranean. The open-kitchen concept added an element of theater to the dining experience, and I loved the novelty of olive oil from Milos paired with herbs freshly cut at the table. The Chargrilled Mediterranean Octopus was a standout, perfectly tender and bursting with flavour—an absolute must-try for any visitor.

Cultural Immersion at the ArtScience Museum
The afternoon was spent exploring the ArtScience Museum, where the World of Studio Ghibli exhibition brought the magic of iconic films like My Neighbor Totoro and Howl’s Moving Castle to life. It was a nostalgic, whimsical journey through the artistry of one of the most beloved animation studios in the world.

Dinner that evening was a revelation at WAKUDA, a collaboration between Michelin-starred Chef Tetsuya Wakuda and 50 Eggs Hospitality. Highlights included the Savory Egg Custard with Grilled White Corn, Yuba with Hokkaido Sea Urchin and Mountain Caviar, and the perfectly grilled Patagonian Toothfish marinated in Kyoto’s original Saikyo Miso. The dessert course included a sneak peek of a yet-to-be-released creation—a milky mille-feuille dream that was the perfect sweet finale to an extraordinary meal.
