To match the all-star quality of the ‘Find Your Lucky Star’ setting, two esteemed chefs have been enlisted to curate the celebratory menus. Taking turns to deliver their best culinary creations—one from December 12 to 16, another from December 17 to 29—Chef Francois Mermilliod and Chef Gaetano Di Stefano’s finely crafted menus take cue from the space itself.
