Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur has introduced a Zipangu exclusive, a curated experience of truly authentic comfort Japanese food. Staying true to the signatory style of Zipangu’s culinary identity built across time, tradition is maintained in its inventive sushi creations. The newly introduced Weekend Sushi Buffet runs across both Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 2.30pm. The experience was an opulent escape of Zen gardens and a stellar spread of sushi.

Guests are treated to a wide selection of sushi rolls, from Red Hot Beef Roll, Busan Roll with spicy cod and crab meat and Asian Rainbow with prawn, salmon and avocado. What gave the Zipangu brunch experience a twist was the Spicy Dragon and Mango Cheese sushi paired alongside a daring rendition of Durian and Chocolate roll.
