After kicking off the Studio + Friends series of dinner collaborations late last year, the Mejekawi boys are back with a bang. 15 September 2017 heralds the return of Executive Chef Ben Cross and Head Chef Stephen Moore, as they take classic regional flavours and incorporate modern techniques to present an enticing, contemporary dining affair. A sneak peek into the line-up reveals innovative dishes such as creamy smoked fish kedgeree, tangy lobster agnolotti and smoky BBQ grouper with fermented pineapples.
