We’ll name the ensemble cast; you guess the director. The French Dispatch, an idiosyncratic love letter to journalism, stars Bill Murray, Tilda Swinton, Frances McDormand, Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody, Saoirse Ronan—if you guessed Wes Anderson, you’re correct. Billed as comedy/romance/drama, the film—though it’s unclear how loyal to the rom-com genre it will be—has us hoping for a Moonrise Kingdom encore. Plus, the hermetic auteur is inviting It actor Timothée Chalamet to the party. So we can’t wait for our ticket.
