The film is based on the best-selling novel by Kevin Kwan (read our interview with him here) who delves into the world of the mind-blowingly rich in Singapore. ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ stars BAZAAR Malaysia’s very own February 2018 cover star Henry Golding (Nick Young) and Costance Wu (Rachel Chu) and a star-studded Asian cast to bring the novel to a scandalous reality.

The trailer promises lavish parties, first-class air travel, super cars and a love story must-have: the battle of the in-laws approval. Director Jon Chu certainly went all out to make sure that Crazy Rich Asians is the rom-com of the year.
