Asics combine smart and intrinsic design with the modern runner in mind with the new Novablast 4. Taking cues from nature itself the design features a Fibonacci spiral leaf pattern and mimics the look of a blooming plant. One thing that sets it apart is its sustainability efforts with the foam found in the shoe being made out of approximately 24% bio-based material from renewable sources like leftover waste from sugar cane processing.

Puma’s latest Fast-R Nitro Elite 2 release is their fastest shoe yet. This carbon-plated race shoe is speed ready for your race day. Its sole is slightly unconventional and unique with the midsole split into two and the carbon plate slightly exposed. Powered by Puma’s latest blend of superfoam—the Nitrofoam Elite—you’ll find the shoe to be incredibly springy and propulsive. Plus the neon colour it comes in will definitely be a startline scene stealer.

With the Nike Alphafly 2 being the choice shoe of World and Olympic champions, it’s no surprise that the Alphafly is the most sought after running shoe. So when Nike released the newest Alphafly 3, it didn’t come as a big shock to find out that the shoe sold out in merely sixty seconds in the US. Causing an ‘Alphafly Meltdown’ on various social media channels, I feel like its still going to be a couple more months wait till we get a chance to purchase these shoes and see them in real life in Malaysia.
