When Zimmermann and Net-a-Porter realised they’d been in chic alliance for a decade they celebrated with an 11-piece capsule collection and a trip to Mykonos. Why Mykonos? The quick answer might be why not. “I think it’s definitely a place our woman is thinking about the moment,” Nicky Zimmermann, designer and co-founder with Simone Zimmermann, explains, “it’s somewhere she’s travelling to whether she’s in New York or Sydney or London. Everyone is looking for places to get away at the moment. For me I’m quite closely tied to it. I was married in Santorini, so I love Greece.” A mix of bloggers including Nicole Warne and Charlotte Groeneveld as well as editors and fashion writers like Pandora Sykes and Laurel Pantin hit up the well-known party spot on the Ionian sea for two nights at the Grace Hotel Mykonos and one day of seaside adventure. Follow along on the Zimmermann-styled fun—fashion twinning included.
