THE LAWN

Canggu’s very own version of Seminyak’s seminal beachfront bar, Potato Head, The Lawn has come a long way from the days when it was just a drinks truck by a patch of grass. Boasting a beautiful view of Batubolong Beach and an infinity pool deck to boot, the open-air lounge (with a covered dining area) is a serious contender for the crown of Bali’s best. Munch on some Mediterranean-inspired light bites – the tuna ceviche is a firm favourite, and no surprise – or, for something more substantial after a surf session, fill up on the Babi Guling Style Pork Belly. Sink into a sun lounger and soak up the sunset with a sangria or signature cocktail; for international classics with a local kick, try the Mangosteen Martini or Kombucha Cosmopolitan (or both). And when the sun goes down, the music turns up.
