SS2’s flourishing cafe scene continues to shine as Butter & Spice enters the neighbourhood with an intriguing menu. The bakery cafe offers mouth-watering sweet delights with Japanese-inspired treats such as Parmesan Paprika Shio Pan, Chocolate Orange Pain Suisse, Kinako Red Bean Mochi Cruffins and more. Even though they are relatively new, we believe it’s worth checking out and adding Butter & Spice to your weekend plans.

Monograph Cafe & Dining
Located on Tun H.S. Lee Road, Monograph Cafe & Dining is helmed by the founders of Niko Neko Matcha. Apart from its menu, what’s captivating about the establishment is the interior, which beautifully blends rustic wooden touches at every corner. On the menu, you’ll find a modern mix of Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine. For those who are planning to make a trip there, go ahead and order their signature Australian baby carrots with Spanish extra virgin olive oil, Cameron kale Caesar salad with succulently smoked Ipoh duck, and house-made panko crumble and Sicilian-style spaghetti with Moroccan sardines.
