Everything is in bloom
From the wafts of sweet-scented flowers to the vivid botanical-filled mise en scéne set throughout the centre court of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, the Dior Spring Summer 2023 Pop-Up is a sensorial feast.
Spring was in full swing at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur with the Dior Spring Summer 2023 Pop-Up store. Evoking a spell-binding garden with delicate, whimsical wildflowers, the Dior pop-up – which served to celebrate the Spring Summer 2023 collection – was designed to let fashion darlings experience a comprehensive sensorial experience. Featuring a breathtaking, botanical installation, the pop-up is not just defined by bouquets of fresh flowers, but also by the sense of joy and beauty it radiates throughout the place.
The pop-up showcased the charming Spring Summer 2020 ready-to-wear collection designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri – delicate green and pink sketches illustrating the vital force of the botanical world adorned on dresses, bags, accessories, and more.
The collection also sees the Petites Fleurs and Dior Birds prints – created by the Manufacture Tassinari & Chatel par Lelièvre Paris – beautifully crafted on a series of delicate pieces. A tribute to the founding couturier’s passion for nature and botany, the Lady Dior Petites Fleurs Embroidery bag – in mini size – was also available exclusively at the Dior Spring Summer 2023 Pop-Up store.
Between light and shade, in a refined setting illuminated by shades of green, the Spring Summer 2023 looks also tell the story of a symbolic encounter between Dior fundamentals and stylistic icons such as the reinvented corset, which accentuates the silhouette with its graphic shapes.
To fete the dreamy pop-up, Dior invited chic attendees including Fyza Kadir, Scha Alyahya, and Asma’ Nasa to bask in the springtime galore. All of them had the pleasure of going through an endless field of flowers in full bloom – plunging themselves into a real olfactory and visual immersion of Dior’s botanical universe. The exclusive pop-up space incorporated enchanting interactive elements that fashion darlings and Dior lovers alike fell in love with just a walk through the scenic ground.
Thanks to all the flowers that dressed the grounds, the Dior Pop-Up store is a chic, playful set-up like no other. For anyone else looking to be transported to a meadow through immersive art and installations, the whimsical pop-up is open to the public now until 19 March 2023.
