Ferragamo Unveils New Renaissance Campaign

Ferragamo’s New Renaissance Campaign is an ode to the city of Florence.

Ferragamo’s New Renaissance campaign brings us to the city of Florence—the birthplace of the Renaissance and the home of Ferragamo. Featuring paintings courtesy of Le Gallerie degli Uffizi, the cast are reimagined as “timeless protagonists of masterpiece paintings from the Italian Renaissance”.

In the campaign, famous artworks from the 15th and 16th century provide a scenic backdrop for Maximilian Davis’ A/W ’23 collection. These include artworks by Bellini, Veronese and Botticelli. “The Renaissance is hardwired into Florence, and Florence is hardwired into Ferragamo. At this time of a new beginning at the house, it made perfect sense to reclaim the cradle of the Renaissance as our spiritual home, and to harness the deep, artistic spirit of this city to showcase the new collection,” said Maximilian Davis in a statement. The end result is a set of striking images that highlight the continuous dialogue between past and present.
