I walked in thinking I was about to experience a very luxurious 30-minute facial. So imagine my pleasant surprise when the therapist informed me that I was scheduled for a 90-minute session.
This is the heart of the whole Cabin Privé experience: Les Soins Chanel services. These are treatments lasting from 60 to 90 minutes, each guided by expert hands trained in the House’s meticulous approach.

Prior to my session, the Chanel Skincare Expert asked about my current skincare routine as well as my specific skin concerns. She then curated a treatment plan based on my input, ensuring a personalised touch to the overall experience.

Meanwhile, soft lighting and curated musicotherapy add to the experience, creating an almost cocoon-like environment. And at the risk of exaggeration, has there been a more comfortable treatment bed? The second my naked back landed on the mattress, I knew it was going to be a struggle to not fall asleep. It felt indulgent—firm on the back, yet soft around my body. It’s clear that every detail here has been thoughtfully considered.
My eyes admired the white camelias on the ceiling before the therapist covered my eyes with soft pads. Suddenly, the air was perfumed with an unfamiliar sweet scent, not something from any of Chanel’s signature fragrances. When I asked about it later, XXX told me it was a scent created specifically for the Cabin Privé experience.

I asked more about Le Massage de Chanel, and was told that apart from letting the products work more efficiently on my skin, the massage techniques were designed to let me sleep better later at night. And hand to heart? I had the best sleep I’ve had in recent months afterwards. I just cannot recommend this enough.
