A first in Southeast Asia, New Balance has recently unveiled its welcoming space in Suria KLCC, Malaysia.
Stepping inside the hub is like a breath of fresh air. With its open space and warm interior, it makes it comforting for any runner to pop by and explore with ease.
Following the success of the Japan and China locations, the Malaysia edition operates with the same ethos: to create a space designed to support runners throughout their journey, both mentally and physically. With the growth of the running community in Kuala Lumpur, the Run Hub came at the right time.
What you need to know about the New Balance Run Hub:
Not only will you be able to browse, shop and uncover the gears you’ll need to complete your runs. But you’re able to participate in their Always-On shoe trial, where you can loan a pair of selected performance shoes to experience. While you’re there, you can even store your essentials in their lockers before you run at the KLCC park. The best part? The Run Hub offers a 3D foot scanning service to help you discover your ideal fit, along with insights into your unique stride and recommendations on the most suitable shoe model to enhance your runs.

From now till 16 November 2025, the Run Hub is hosting a series of interactive experiences and community sessions within the space and around Suria KLCC. From community runs to creating your own digital avatar and indulging in complimentary rewards—we’re talking about completing a 3km run and cooling off with an ice bar (while stocks last)—the Run Hub has thought of it all.
