The latest to join the growing list of K-idols partnering with major fashion houses as a brand ambassador is actor Kim Soo-Hyun, most recently known for his leading role in the K-drama It’s Okay to Not Be Okay.
The South Korean star possesses an effortless sense of style, combining on-trend fashion with casual pieces while always being optimistic about what he believes in, making him the perfect fit for Tommy Hilfiger. In its Fall 2021 Menswear collection, Soo-Hyun is one of the diverse talents picked to promote the idea that everyone has the power to affect and change the world in the new ‘Pass the Mic’ campaign.
“I am truly honoured to be a new brand ambassador for the Tommy Hilfiger Fall 2021 collection,” shared Kim Soo-Hyun. “This iconic brand stands for heritage and innovation, from their classic yet edgy style to their sustainability initiatives. I look forward to bringing you the exciting content we’ve created.”
The new range embraces freedom and togetherness by blending the great outdoors with the brand’s classic American heritage. The seasonal colour palette comprises outdoor brights of amber yellow and daring orange juxtaposed against new neutrals of olive, camel and heather grey. Texture too is a big highlight; from herringbone, structures to shadow checks, landscape prints and seasonal all-over monograms, this season’s offerings merges the modern with the classic effortlessly.
“I am so excited to launch the Fall 2021 season with our new brand ambassador Kim Soo-Hyun,” said Tommy Hilfiger. “Collaborating with pop culture icons has always been an important part of our heritage. Kim’s energetic spirit brings a positive and fresh twist to the collection which is such an inspiration.”
The collection is now available on tommy.com, at Tommy Hilfiger stores worldwide and through select partners.
