“I love using my hands to stimulate the skin. The face is full of muscles; you need to move them like you would the rest of your body. It also helps with congestion. You can drain fluids with your knuckles when applying serums or creams. It works – it’s like when you have water retention in your legs, think of moving the fluid down and out.”
