Skincare: In an interview with Allure Christensen revealed, “My grandmother has the most beautiful, softest skin. And all she ever uses is water, soap, and Nivea. Over the years, I’ve used hundreds of different products, amazing-smelling oils, scrubs, and serums. But every time I visit my grandma, I go back to the soap, the water, and the Nivea.”She also keeps her make-up look pretty simple too, telling Red that, “I just do a little
blush and some gloss on my lids or smudge in some eyeliner – but that’s it.”

Hair: She also told Red that, “Harry Josh and Owen Gould cut my hair and I always ask them to trim the sides into a choppy style. Then I’ll wear it in a loose bun or braids for the day or wavy in the evening.”

Diet: Her one tip is to “eat healthily all year round – find an exercise you enjoy and drink lots of water or coconut juice.”

Exercise: “I used to wake up in the morning and sprint, which is a great way to spark your metabolism and get your brain tuned up. And in my mid-30s, I started boxing. My newest exercise is pole dancing, and it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done. The upper-body strength you need to carry out any of the moves is mind-blowing.”
