We turned to Reebok's Girl Squad to find out what motivates them to get back into their routines after some time off - whether that's because they've been on holiday or have simply fallen off the fitness wagon for a few weeks.

“I tend to have slumps less and less now, but when I do I like to set out a little 2-3 week plan of how I’m going to get back into it, plotting time into my diary each day/week to meditate, do yoga and get to the gym. For some that can be a bit daunting, but I’ve always found it much easier to have a bigger goal to work towards. There are so many awesome teachers and PTs out there giving lots of workouts online for free, so I’d take a few ideas from them and head down to the gym or get on my yoga mat.
