“To motivate myself I always think about when I feel my best. Fitness for me isn’t something I have to ask myself to do as it’s as synced into my day as eating and sleeping. You have to think of exercise as part of your life, not as a cinema date. The quicker you can get back on it, the better. Whenever I am flying home from a trip I spend a couple of minutes on the plane creating a new schedule, looking for some classes to join once home and some new goals to smash.
