Kim Kardashian, Bella Hadid and the 2017 Love Islanders were early pioneers of this divisive look which later appeared on spring/summer 2018 catwalks, from more traditional sporty spandex incarnations at rising cult label Off-White to luxe lace styles worn under puffball skirts at Saint Laurent. We’re still not endorsing cycling shorts outside of the exercise arena per se, but they might be helpful if you’re wearing a particularly flimsy dress come the summer months.
