Milan’s annual design week had everything from a Dior table lamp to Louis Vuitton plates
Every April, Milan transforms into the world’s most glamorous showcase—a city where creativity runs rampant through palazzos, courtyards and converted warehouses, and where the boundaries between fashion, art and design dissolve entirely. Salone del Mobile has long been the beating heart of this annual pilgrimage, but it is the couture houses and fashion maisons that continue to steal the conversation, proving that their genius extends far beyond the runway.
Milan Design Week 2026 was no exception. This year, the world’s most storied fashion names arrived with furniture, lighting and objects of desire that felt less like homeware and more like wearable art translated into living spaces. From lamps to chairs, here are all the best highlights from Salone del Mobile 2026—in collaboration with iconic fashion brands.
Here are all the best highlights from Milan Design Week 2026:
Dior

This year, amid the chaos of colours, concepts and cinematic masterpieces, Dior’s faithful collaboration—one that began in 2019—with Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance stood out as simply breathtaking.
The award-winning French designer presented a work of art, Corolle lamps, that will quietly redefine any domestic sanctuary. Bridging the gap between couture and art de vivre, Duchaufour-Lawrance created a piece that echoed the emblematic spirit of Christian Dior’s new look by melding curves to reinterpret the silhouette of the Corolle skirt. Crafted from mouth-blown glass in the Murano tradition of Venice, these Corolle lamps embody exceptional savoir-faire, especially in their ability to replicate the movement of fabric, such as pleats and drapes. Supple and airy, the lamp reveals a subtle interplay of reflections and transparencies. Be it as a table lamp or a portable piece, each of the lamps is decorated with one of the founding couturier’s three emblematic colours: grey, pink and white. The lamps are also engraved with “CD” initials from the handle to the buttons to pay homage to the Maison.
Louis Vuitton

From their signature trunks to exceptional games, the art of dining, furniture and lighting, Louis Vuitton has a long history of object design. This year, the Maison took things one step further by launching a full-fledged home collection in collaboration with emerging designers, while paying homage to Pierre-Emile Legrain and Gaston-Louis Vuitton. The homeware collection deserves all the attention—drawing inspiration from an iconic book cover created by Pierre Legrain, a renowned illustrator, bookbinder, furniture maker and decorator of the Art Deco era. The piece features circular forms meticulously rendered in fine Limoges porcelain in elegant shades of green, accented by delicate gold-colored details. These stunning plates bring a piece of art history to life on your dining table.
Longchamp

It’s always exciting to see a fashion brand make the most of its ample resources. This season for Salone, Longchamp continues its ongoing dialogue with design by working alongside French designer Patrick Jouin in creating Ostara, a limited-edition nomadic lamp inspired by Le Pliage. There were also reinterpreted pieces from Jouin’s universe, including the Drop tables and guéridons, and the Olo seating, exploring new designs, colours and emotions. Think sculptural forms with softened angles contrasted with bold edges and asymmetrical silhouettes that feel fluid and intentional.
Ralph Lauren

Always renowned for his distinctive vision for home and living, Ralph Lauren introduces furniture destined to become timeless heirloom pieces. The Hammond Desk—a quintessential expression of the Ralph Lauren aesthetic—channels Art Deco elegance through its bleached mahogany construction, bridging traditional and modern silhouettes with an effortless, lived-in sensibility. Made perfectly for either a sleek modern penthouse or a grand family estate, this desk elevates any space with ease, complementing rich prints and textures without ever overwhelming them.
