Dior Stole The Show at The Salone del Mobile Milano 2026 With Corolle Lamps

An ode to the beauty of light, Dior Maison’s spectacular lamps—demonstrating impeccable artistry—stole the show at the 2026 Salone del Mobile Milano.

There’s a certain theatricality that lives among the Salone del Mobile 2026 novelties—compelling artistry that converges around the narrative of individuality, emotion and beauty. This year, amid the chaos of colours, concepts and cinematic masterpieces, Dior’s faithful collaboration—one that started in 2019—with Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance stood out by being simply breathtaking.

The award-winning French designer presented a work of art, Corolle lamps, that will quietly redefine any domestic sanctuary. “Light projections are as important as the work on the material that gives rise to them; they develop into a formal language of their own, and their immateriality becomes something tangible. Through these reflections, light itself turns into matter,” said Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance.

All you need to know about Dior’s Salone del Mobile Milano 2026’s stunning novelties:

Bridging the gap between couture and art de vivre, Duchaufour-Lawrance created a piece that echoed the emblematic spirit of Christian Dior’s new look by melding curves to reinterpret the silhouette of the Corolle skirt. Crafted from mouth-blown glass in the Murano tradition of Venice, these Corolle lamps unveil exceptional savoir-faire, especially with their testament to replicate the movement of fabric, such as pleats and drapes. Supple and airy, the lamp reveals a subtle interplay of reflections and transparencies. Be it as a table lamp or a portable piece, each of the lamps is decorated with one of the founding couturier’s three emblematic colours: grey, pink and white. The lamps are also engraved with “CD” initials from the handle to the buttons to pay homage to the Maison.

In a separate tribute to Christian Dior’s lifelong devotion to the beauty of nature, Duchaufour-Lawrance has also conceived a series of light fixtures celebrating the craft of basketry. Madake bamboo fibre—sourced, cut, and refined into even strips—is woven by hand in Japan into bell-shaped forms whose motifs echo cannage, one of the House’s most enduring codes. It is painstaking, irreplaceable work. They are, in every sense, works of art, the essence of Dior, recast in the light of now.

At once simple and virtuosic, these lamps read as a love letter to haute couture, their forms exhaling the same effortless drama as a gown on the runway.
