Purses at the ready.
If you’ve been busy shopping online, you’re not alone. Months of working from home has caused a shift in our daily habits. From the way we dress, to the food we consume and our shopping experience, we have grown accustomed to the comfort and ease that digital platforms have provided during lockdown. But all that’s about to change, and with the economy slowly opening up, our desire to experiment and indulge in something new for our re-emergence into society is at an all-time high. Here, team BAZAAR curate their favourite items of the month.
1. Kaia Medium Satchel
I love a small crossbody bag and this one from Saint Laurent’s SS20 show has been on my radar for a long time! Named after model Kaia Gerber, its simplicity and timelessness suits my style to a tee. The burnished monogram clasp also gives the bag a subtle touch of glamour, which I adore.—Sarah Hani
2. Black Knitted Cardigan
I’m a huge fan of Self-Portrait and recently, I’ve had my eye on this black knitted cardigan. I love the detail and slightly loose silhouette. I’d wear it over a T-shirt with jeans or with a cute mini skirt.—Ai Lim
3. FF Vertigo Card Holder
The fact that it’s not your typical FF motif and something different—the fun lines and contorted logos make it seem super funky and bold. Also it’s blue, my favourite colour.—Alisha Azuddin
4. Chiffon Orange Dress
Can’t wait to properly dress up for a holiday again! I want to be on an island getaway, wearing this bright chiffon orange dress, which will look striking in all my pictures.—Sarah Hani
5. Gucci Black Leather Mules
The Gucci Slip-on shoes with tassel is my favourite. It’s easy to slip on, is very stylish and offers comfort for long walks.—Lira Jamaluddin
6. Pocket Watch
Because it’s a pocket watch with a T-rex on it. A fantastic blend of the classy and the fantasy.—Aziz Draim
