The thrilling trailer for the upcoming biographical crime film House of Gucci dropped last week and all eyes were on Lady Gaga, who plays the murderous ex-wife of Maurizio Gucci in the ‘70s. As a real-life fashion figure with Italian roots, the singer-songwriter and actress is an obvious choice for the role. Having previously proved her acting capabilities in the 2018 film A Star is Born, which even earned her an Academy Award nomination in the Best Actress category, Gaga’s full performance in the movie is one that is highly anticipated this year.
