Launched on the 30th of October 2021, CHANEL unveiled a bespoke ephemeral shoe store located on the ground floor of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Dressed in timeless hues signature to the House, the black and white store façade serves as an elegant and inviting gesture to shoppers in the heart of the mall.

The interior of the 100-square-metre boutique is inspired by Mademoiselle Chanel's own palette of black, white and beige. Walls are framed in mineral materials, beige concrete and off-white plaster, while the flooring uses light brown carpeting and minimalist furniture that creates an overall stylish and welcoming atmosphere. A rotating screen is outlined in the central of the boutique and the staggered seating of chairs provides a warm, comfortable atmosphere, allowing customers to shop at their own pace.
