Haute couture season is in full swing, and we can’t seem to stop pondering over the newest Chanel SS24 Haute Couture collection.
Debuted at the Grand Palais Éphémère, the runway show revolves around “The Button“, a signature to the house of Chanel, which beautifully became a core inspiration for the Haute Couture collection. With stunning looks by creative director Virginie Viard, the Chanel SS24 Haute Couture show beautifully interprets the elegant balletcore trend, featuring billowing silhouettes adorned with tulle, floral embroidery, ribbons, pleats and lace. Splashes of romantic tones in delicious pastel and cream tones conquered the runway before the neutral colourway in floral prints entered. Apart from that, the iconic tweeds did not go amiss as the Maison codes continued to flow, and the cascade of floral and sparkling embroidery set the tone for the upcoming spring 2024 season.
