7. Harajuku fashion

Characterised by wild, cartoonish and often child-like styles, Harajuku fashion was named after the district in Tokyo around 20 years ago. While it’s an ever-evolving aesthetic, it’s still rooted largely in a girly-glam look that street style photographers can’t get enough of.
