The Clock Display
In all its glory, the watch is also versatile and easily readable because of the green dial’s light-diffusing effects. With a counter at three o’clock indicating the chronograph minutes, and another at nine o’clock displaying the small seconds – all you need is a glance to tell the time. On top of that, the date is also displayed barefaced with a discreet aperture set between 4 and 5 o’clock.
The Movement
At the heart of the BR 05 family, the new Green Steel is part of the brand’s range of chronographs, featuring the mechanical self-winding BR-CAL301 movement. This robust calibre delivers great reliability and considerable efficiency. Visible through the sapphire crystal case back, the rotor is a finely skeletonised full disc inspired by a car rim; a characteristic signature of Bell & Ross automatic movements.
