10 Great Film posters from Human After All’s Movie Project

Human After All (HAA) was set up by the founders of film magazine Little White Lies. The studio launched Delve in January last year and each week, compiles a newsletter featuring a series of articles about a single film. For each edition, the studio commissions an illustrator or graphic artist to create an alternative poster for that film. Artists – often without seeing the film in full – are asked to think about driving themes, visual cues and colour palettes before creating a single image which distills the essence of the movie. There’s more that meets the eye…

Illustrators are discovered through illustration agencies, blogs and social media, and some have collaborated with HAA on previous projects. Others are commissioned after sending in their portfolio. Prints are for sale on the Delve website and HAA runs regular giveaway competitions on social media. It’s a lovely selection of artwork and a mix of established names and exciting new talent.
