SunSan Bake visually transports us to a modern Japanese destination with a cosy atmosphere. As you enter the cafe, the space offers ample space and natural light thanks to the ceiling-to-floor windows. Regarding the interior, we can’t get over the soft wooden touches with soft pastel tones. The cafe is currently prepping for its official opening, so we recommend following its Instagram page for more updates.

Looking for a quick getaway? Take a break and unwind at Bloom, located in the Troika. Surrounded by lush greenery, the establishment reminds us of a tropical paradise in the heart of KL, and we love it. Embrace the island vibes by hanging out at the outdoor patio, or cool down inside amidst the serene interior. On the menu, you’ll find the brunch favourites like scrambled eggs on brioche, sunny side eggs over sun-dried tomato pesto on sourdough toasts and more.

Here’s another breathtaking cafe that’s worth paying a visit to. The Curve seems to be flourishing with the latest hotspots, and Flint is one of them. Modern with futuristic touches, Flint offers the ideal destination for lunch dates and catch-up sessions. If you’re curious, the menu boasts a fusion of Eastern and Western dishes like their Chicken Roulade, served with a Thai-style sweet and sour sauce. In the drinks department, you’ll discover aromatic brews and refreshing mocktails. We suggest ordering the Zero Proof Jungle Bird (coffee with pineapple juice) and their Matcha Lemonade. Apart from their enticing offerings, we feel it’s the perfect photo-op to flaunt on ‘gram.
