It’s time to express your love with a decadent feast. This Mother’s Day 2023, Maria’s SteakCafe unveils its curated four-course menu, available from 13 to 14 May 2023. Priced at RM165++, the journey begins with a flavourful plate of Maguro Tuna and creamy tomato soup. For the mains, you will be offered a range of premium steaks ranging from Australian Wagyu to Lobster Thermidor. Later, a plate of mouth-watering carrot cake will be served as a sweet finisher. Give your mum a break and treat her to an elegant evening. Over at Sheraton Petaling Jaya, the Mum’s Day Off Buffet includes a variety of international and local cuisines fit for every palate. Here you will find a feast fit for a queen where you can indulge in Roasted Beef Brisket, Baked Slipper Lobster and more.
If she’s in the mood for Japanese, head over to Miyabi for an exquisite five-course omakase menu. Curated by Chef Tetsuya Yanagida, the menu includes a Japanese Hamaguri Clam Soup with Gold Leaf, Teppanyaki, Gyoran Hako Sushi Cake and beyond.
However, if she’s craving contemporary Cantonese dishes, check out Yue. Taking inspiration from his mother’s recipes, Chef Lim Huang Hock’s Mother’s Day menu put a spin on the classics. There are two curated menus to note: Mother’s Touch Individual set menu (RM298 nett per person) and the Mum’s Favourites Individual set menu (RM198 nett per person).
You can look forward to dishes such as Braised Bird’s Nest Soup with Fresh Scallops and Crab Roe, Stir-fried Prawns with Sea Salt, Szechuan Red Peppercorn and Sesame Seeds, a combination of Deluxe Dried Seafood and Abalone, Steamed Dragon Tiger Garoupa Fillet with Homemade Black Olives served in Lotus Leaf, Longevity Peach Cake and more.
