When did your passion for flowers begin?
It started 10 years ago when I set up my events planning company, The Occasions. My passion grew as I saw the intricate details in the design process, and the way my visions were brought to life through the colour, scent and beauty of flowers. Then in 2014, O Flowr was formed to cater to the niche demand for high-quality and exotic flowers here in Malaysia.

What are your top three tips for taking care of flowers?
You must be very gentle when handling flowers – put them in water in soon as you get them, don’t ever place them under direct sunlight and, if you want them to last, make sure it is a cold environment, ideally below 20°C.
What are your top three tips for flower arranging?
Choosing the right colour combination is very important. The arrangement should also be proportional to the container, and you should use florist’s foam to keep the flowers in place and constantly hydrated so they last longer.

What are your three favourite flowers and why?
I love Vanda Orchids because they’re easy to style, elegant, and represent Asian culture. As for Ramunculus, it has soft blooms and lots of petals which is very romantic. Lastly, Succulent can blend very well into any arrangement.

Romance, Love, Surprise.
