What’s all the buzz about F4 Thailand?

Based on the 1992 Japanese manga ‘Hana Yori Dango’, there have been multiple adaptations of the comic across Asia. In 2005, it was the Japanese TV show adaptation of the comic that kickstarted it all. However, there was one in particular that caused a whirlwind in the Hallyu wave. It was the 2009 adaptation ‘Boys Over Flowers’, which featured Lee Min-ho and Ku Hye-Sun.

Later, the Chinese and Taiwanese versions of the manga titled ‘Meteor Garden’ took over. It did not end there though. The popularity of these adaptations later trickled to Thailand as they finally released and recreated their versions with F4 Thailand in 2021.
