As if the Louis XIII cognac isn’t rare and precious enough, a once-in-a-lifetime 1.5 litre decanter is now available in a limited-edition release. Named Louis XIII The Legacy, each unique piece is an artwork in itself, personally hand-signed by four generations of Louis XIII cellar masters—André Giraud, Georges Clot, Pierrette Trichet, and Baptiste Loiseau. It is also the first time these maestros have come together to craft something beyond the house’s finest eaux-de-vie.
“Crafting Louis XIII is like building a cathedral,” exalted Ludovic du Plessis, global executive director of Louis XIII Cognac. “Every generation [of cellar masters] leaves their mark on the masterpiece.”

A representation of the life achievement of these cellar masters, Louis XIII The Legacy comes with a numbered plaque, is housed in a unique crystal magnum decanter, and stored within a luscious Italian calfskin leather coffret, with only 500 up for grabs worldwide.
