The New Year Revolution

It’s about time we fire up a Revolution to quell all Resolutions.  Let 2018 be a pledge of commitments to challenge the norms, such as blatantly drinking alcohol, do not exercise, have a cheat day every day, procrastinate defiantly and be openly lazy.  If you wish to join the coup d’état, here are the win-win strategies:

Drink more wine than water

After all, Jesus didn’t turn water into wine for nothing; this God incarnate clearly knew an inebriated crowd is a more jovial flock. Don’t ever turn down a drink during lunch time; trust me, you work much better after a glass or two of Pinot Grigio. Don’t concern yourself with calories either; I have yet to see a fat alcoholic in any of those countless reality rehab shows.  However, do drink responsibly and don’t mix your liquor; which means not to dilute your whiskey with coke or fruit juices.  Best news is modern science has confirmed wine is loaded with antioxidants and contains resveratrol which raises HDL (healthy) cholesterol.  So cheers to our good health and to lots more spirituous bottoms-up!
