With most working from home, an increased degree of “comfort eating” should be avoided.

The key to this is “try not to lose sight of what is normal, so try and eat normally,” Dr Hand says. Focus on basic ingredients like green leafy vegetables, whole grain foods, lean meats, nuts and seeds, and a whole range of fresh fruit and vegetables, particularly for things like vitamin C.
