Back to entice with gastronomic experiences once again, Babe collaborates with Cuca for an exclusive two-night-only rendezvous.
Swig, nibble, and mingle as Babe rolls out 20 courses of canapé-style eats and drinks reminiscent of Babe and Cuca’s signature flavours. From the novelty Duck and Coke (roast foie gras and duck confit terrine with pickled mustard seed and coke gelée) and Wagyu Temari (seared MB9 Wagyu beef sushi with arima sansho soy glaze) to guest bartender Karl Too’s crafted cocktails, this Babe x Cuca collaboration, which also features Chef Kevin Cherkas, is one to look forward to.
