In an ongoing battle to end her conservatorship held by her father Jamie Spears and personal care manager, Jody Montgomery, Britney has been granted the right to her own legal representation. The former pop star appointed notable Hollywood lawyer Matthew Rosengart, a former federal prosecutor who has represented the likes of Keanu Reeves, Sean Peen, Julia Louis Dreyfus and Steven Spielberg. This comes after the resignation of her court-appointed lawyer. “We will be moving promptly and aggressively for their removal,” says Matthew.
