Who doesn’t love an enemies-to-lovers trope?
Starring Shin Hye-sun and Gong Myung, Filing for Love is the type of show that will get you fascinated, giggling and intrigued all at once. When Noh Ki-jun, a former top performer on the audit team, is demoted after a clash with the strict head of the audit department, Joo In-ah, the character then plots a revenge plan against her. However, as the story goes, the deeper he digs into her personal life, the more his feelings for her unravel.
Luckily for him, the chemistry and tension gradually amplify between the two—signifying a beginning of deep emotional bonds and a blossoming romance.

BAZAAR chats with Shin Hae-sun and Gong Myoung on Filing For Love and memorable moments on set.
Did you have to do any background research or preparation for the role, and was there any personal touch/attribute that you added to your character when filming?
Gong Myoung: I relied on insights from friends in the corporate world to help shape my character within an audit team. Beyond the research, I focused heavily on Ki-jun’s aesthetic—specifically his wardrobe and how he presents himself. I actually find that his reaction to being demoted is a very accurate reflection of my true character.
Without any spoilers, were there memorable moments on the set of Filing for Love?
Gong Myoung: When we were filming on Jeju Island, I remember being so excited and greeting Kim Jae-uck with a hug. That was the kind of relationship and environment that was present on set—be it among cast or crew—everyone looked after one another and genuinely supported each other.
What can audiences expect from Filing for Love, and what do you think makes the series stand out from other Korean romantic comedies?
Shin Hae-sun: Filing for Love offers a witty take on the hidden realities of corporate life, which I think is what makes the series unique. Each episode also reveals a new audit case that keeps the storyline engaging.
Gong Myoung: Focusing on a corporate audit team in a Korean drama feels new and fresh. The various exciting cases that unfold are part of what gives Filing for Love its charm.
