One & Only Desaru Presents Ember Curates


For one special weekend One & Only Desaru Coast hosted an incredible cocktail experience titled, Ember Curates. Thoughtfully put together by world renowned mixologist and owner of speakeasy venue Purl London, Bryan Pietersen is the man behind this special menu. He also happens to be the brainchild behind most of the drinks that you see at One & Only Desaru Coast. Working closely with the resort to craft intricate and methodically beautiful cocktails, his Ember Curates limited-time menu offers the same magic.

With its menu named after the club hosting this special event, you can find this menu at the Ember Beach Club. Overlooking the South China Sea, the Ember Beach Club is our place to be for nightlife on the Desaru Coast. And now there was no better way to enjoy the spectacular sunset and relaxed vibes with a cocktail from the Ember Curates menu in hand.

Pietersen crafted six cocktails–all inspired by the flora and fauna of the Desaru Coast. His menu also dips into some flavours and inspiration from his bar Purl London too. It showcases a blend of traditional bartending techniques and modern molecular mixology.
