Leave it to an actress to pull herself off as one of history’s most fashionable women, Marie Antoinette. Of course, it couldn’t just be any other pastiche of the icon herself (heavens, no). To put Juliana to the test, there could only be Sofia Coppola’s modern remake of the one and only Madame Veto. In true Coppola spirit, modernity was favoured, which allowed Juliana’s dazzling personality to shine through. Quite literally, because not only did she arrive on set with nails adorned with real 24-karat gold, she played out the historic character in nothing less than a statement diamond necklace and earrings by Bulgari. Consider her a style chameleon: “I hate conforming to a specific style because I’m always open to stepping out of my comfort zone and switching up my looks!” confesses Juliana.
