Holiday in traditional Italian style by inviting multiple generations of your family to stay at the 11-bedroom villa Tenerezza near Lake Como. Once the home of an 18th-century count, the vast property is decorated with original antique furniture, Persian carpets and neoclassical paintings, not to mention landscaped gardens. In keeping with the romantic location (Lake Como has inspired generations of artists) there’s also a music-room, two pianos and a cinema, but our favourite feature is definitely the pizzeria with a traditional oven.
