Vegan Food Home Delivery

If you look on the bright side, being homebound has its benefits. Working from home allows you to cook up a simple and healthy meal, rather than just grabbing a quick unhealthy lunch. You can also start doing yoga or pilates at home, and take 10 minutes out of the day to do some breathing exercises and meditate.

What is a Vegan diet?

A vegan diet excludes meat, dairy, eggs and animal-derived ingredients (honey, gelatin,). A Vegan diet consists of fruits, vegetables, legumes (peas, beans, lentils), nuts, seeds, bread, rice, pasta, and vegetable oils. Dairy alternatives such as soymilk, coconut milk and almond milk are part of a Vegan diet.
