Feiping Chang’s lavish wedding held in Capri, the bride’s favourite holiday destination, appears to be a scene right out of Kevin Kwan’s Crazy Rich Asians. The It-Girl and fashionista married her financier fiancé, Lincoln Li, over an extravagant three-day affair. Of the four designer dresses that made its way to Italy’s Amalfi coast, the bride wore a Giambattista Valli couture gown, the biggest that’s ever been made, for the ceremony.
One of the most opulent weddings we’ve seen in recent times, the wedding is rumoured to have cost millions of dollars. Every fine detail was well-thought-out, from the table settings to the incredibly glamorous guestlist to the wedding cake made from 15 kilos of fresh strawberries. Of course, we’d expect nothing less coming from one of Hong Kong’s most-watched fashion icons.
