“My top tip for getting back into the gym after a fitness slump is to commit to making just one change per week; every Monday make a small change, up your water, add a 20-minute walk each day, meal prep the night before. Follow the rule of one new change per week and after a small amount of time you will have created lots of new habits which are manageable. It prevents that overwhelming feeling.
