Wool jacquard jacket; tweed skirt; resin bracelets; diamante necklace, Heart clutch with chain; and Chanel 22 bag, all from CHANEL

Ah, to bask in the outdoors once more! Exuberant and carefree, the Chanel Spring/Summer ’22 collection pays homage to the youthful energy of the sunny season. Creative director Virginie Viard has some fun by injecting light and joy into the collection, represented in candy-coloured tweeds, stylish swimwear, flowy butterfly prints and new, refreshed takes on ‘80s silhouettes (less stiff, more relaxed). The nod to the ’80s also welcomes the return of biker shorts and fishnet skirts into the collection.
